Amplify will accept product returns for a cash refund if:

The product is defective:

• Vape carts or disposable vape pens that do not actuate
• Gummies that have melted together
• Empty jars/packaging

The product is returned due to mislabeling by the cultivator or processor:

• All cannabis returned to a dispensary due to mislabeling by a cultivator or processor must be reported to the Division via email at DCCCompliance@com.ohio.gov.

The return is a result of:

• A dispensing error
• A recall:Recalled products will be accepted beyond the 30-day return window

At their discretion, a manager or shift lead deems the situation warrants a refund.
